Following recent news here is the latest information on attendance
As you may be aware, a family have recently won a court case involving holidays during school term. We have recently received updated guidelines from the local authority stating that the current procedures are still in place until the government review it.
Any holiday requests during school time will still be unauthorised unless they are exceptional circumstances. This has been the case since 2013. Parents/carers will still be required to fill a holiday form out and notify the school four weeks before the requested time off.
