OUR GYMNASTS SHINE AT HORNCASTLE!
On Sunday, 26th January, five Huntingtower gymnasts took part in the 2014 Horncastle Championships. These young athletes were Bethany R, Jessica-Leigh T, Sheena C, Elle-Jane B and last, but not least, Jessica B. We were armed with sporty sweets and sugary goodies to help us survive the agonisingly long day. Throughout our extremely exciting experience, our amazing Gym Coach (Mrs Bensley) guided us to victory of reaching gold. We, Huntingtower, came 3rd. When they announced the winners, Jessica-Leigh came first and won gold in non-competitive, Elle-Jane came first and won gold in competitive.
We would like to say well done to the gymnasts and our Gym Coach, Mrs Bensley.
