OUR CHOIR IN MUSICAL SPECTACULAR WOWS THOUSANDS
Many nights, and hours of rehearsals, finally ended with an absolutely spectacular performance of our school choir. 31 children set off from Huntingtower at lunchtime to go to perform at the Sheffield Motorpoint Arena. Another three hours of rehearsing with a band and 5000 other Young Voices the audience of thousands were treated to a very spectacular experience. To get a flavour of the evening check out YouTube.
Along with the choir entertaining the audience there were street dance acts and Stacey Solomon. Those families who attended from Huntingtower said it was a very special evening. Thanks especially go to Mrs Kightley, Mrs Goddard-Tate and Mrs Bowden for organising and helping but a very special thanks to the children – you did us proud!
