On the 11th day of the 11th month, the pupils in Years 5 and 6 presented their learning in the form of an assembly to the pupils of the academy and then again, at the end of the day to their families. We were pleased to see Ms Maloney from the Priory Ruskin who came to share the event with us. The Year 6 really enjoyed visiting the Priory Academy to make their poppies. Both year groups made beautiful poppy bowls that could hold electric tealights. At the end of the service, the children presented their poppies as a wave by the central display in the Library.
